We’ll deliver within 60 minutes of the quoted delivery time, or the hire that day is free.
If you visit a Brightlights Service Centre to hire a guaranteed stock item that is unavailable, we’ll provide free delivery from another of our Service Centres directly to your site.
We’ll repair or replace down equipment within four hours of the call for service, or the hire that day is free.
Out-of-Hours Response Guarantee
A quick response for emergency out-of-hours delivery or service calls is crucial. A member of our team will respond to out-of-hours calls within one hour, or a day’s hire is free.
