The firm, which has 150 apprentices amongst its 3,300-strong workforce, has been featured in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer List and is the only major hire company to make this listing.

Samuel Cooper-Hart, who is a Plant Mechanic Apprentice working from A-Plant’s Northampton Service Centre, has been declared a ‘Star of the Future’ at the CPA’s (Construction Plant-hire Association) Annual Plant Mechanic Apprenticeship Awards Presentation.
A-Plant, part of FTSE 100 company Ashtead Group plc has been awarded the highest accolade of five stars in the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) audit, formerly known as Link-Up. The certification covers all aspects of A-Plant’s ability to serve the rail industry.
