How do I open an account?
You can open a customer account within 24 hours subject to completing our Application for Credit Facilities form. To open an account today, please contact your local Service Centre and complete our Credit Application form. You can also find it in the ‘Downloads’ section of the website, click here.
I have an account with Brightlights. Can I view my balance/pay my bills etc. online?
Yes, our extranet facility allows you to manage your account 24/7 by viewing live hire reports, invoices or statements, forecasting hire costs, arranging collections, on and off hiring equipment, deploying A-Trak and making online payments. The extranet acts as your own plant coordinator. This is quick and simple to set up, click here and enter your details or call 0370 050 0797 and a member of our Customer Service team will help you.
How do I obtain copies of invoices?
Copies of invoices or statements can be obtained in several ways:

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Customers without a credit account with Brightlights are required to pay a deposit. The procedure is very simple in that we’ll preferably “swipe” your debit or credit card prior to the commencement of the hire and this will be refunded once the item/s have been returned. You will also be asked to provide two forms of I.D, both items must show the hirer's name and address and one item must be a driving licence.
